Deleting Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account:
Steps to delete
- Log into your account
- Go to Account Settings > Privacy
- Scroll down and click Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your password
What happens to your data?
- Your personal information is deleted within 30 days
- Order history is retained for legal/accounting purposes but anonymised
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
