Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Option 1: Track via email
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page.
Option 2: Track in your account
- Log into your account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click Track Package
Tracking not updating?
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment. If there's no update after 48 hours, please contact us.
