Damaged or Faulty Items

We're sorry if you received a damaged or faulty item. Here's how we'll make it right:

Report the issue

  1. Go to our Returns Portal
  2. Select "Item arrived damaged" or "Item is faulty"
  3. Upload photos showing the damage or fault
  4. Submit your request

What happens next

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, you'll receive:

  • A full refund, OR
  • A replacement item shipped free of charge

No need to return

For damaged/faulty items, we often don't require you to return the item. We'll let you know if a return is needed.
