Damaged or Faulty Items
We're sorry if you received a damaged or faulty item. Here's how we'll make it right:
Report the issue
- Go to our Returns Portal
- Select "Item arrived damaged" or "Item is faulty"
- Upload photos showing the damage or fault
- Submit your request
What happens next
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, you'll receive:
- A full refund, OR
- A replacement item shipped free of charge
No need to return
For damaged/faulty items, we often don't require you to return the item. We'll let you know if a return is needed.
