How exchanges work
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour:
- Return your original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
Why we do it this way
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible, without waiting for us to receive your return first.
Worried about availability?
If you're concerned the item might sell out, place your new order first. If the return is approved, you'll get a full refund for the original purchase.
